1. General Provisions & Service Provider Info
These Terms of Service govern the access and use of the website TripPlan Digital Travel hosted at gettripplan.com and the purchase of digital travel content (Notion templates, PDF guides) and advisory services.

2. Digital Products & Consultation Services
The Service Provider offers electronic services and digital content, including:
- Digital Products: Proprietary travel blueprints supplied as interactive Notion templates (for read/duplication access) and offline PDF guides ready for download.
- 1-on-1 Consultation Calls: Tailored strategy sessions and custom itinerary customization booked via Calendly LLC.
3. Orders, Payments & Immediate Digital Delivery
All prices displayed are gross prices (inclusive of applicable VAT/sales tax handled at checkout).
- Payment Processing: Transactions are securely processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment infrastructure – Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. or Lemon Squeezy LLC (Merchant of Record). The Service Provider never accesses or stores credit card numbers.
- Digital Delivery: Upon successful payment completion, the customer is immediately redirected to a thank-you confirmation page (
/thank-you), and an automated email containing access links to the Notion template and PDF is dispatched. Delivery is instantaneous.
4. Waiver of Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (and statutory national implementations), the standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal without giving any reason does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
⚠️ By completing a purchase of digital content (Notion template / PDF guide) and requesting immediate digital access, the Customer explicitly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges that they hereby waive their 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once digital fulfillment has commenced.
5. Complaints & Customer Support
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchased files (e.g. broken link, email delivery delay), please contact customer support.
- Submit complaints via email to hello@gettripplan.com, including your order email and description of the issue.
- The Service Provider will review and respond to complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.
6. Technical Requirements
To utilize the website and digital content, users require: an active internet connection, an up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) with JavaScript enabled, and a standard PDF viewer. Viewing Notion templates requires a free account on Notion.so.
